2018 Cabernet Franc

This Creek Shore Appellation has excellent soil drainage and sun exposure that ensures this cool climate vineyard to yield wines with rich dark cherry, raspberry and cassis flavours. It was wild yeast fermented and aged 30 months in oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
